Context of the project

• Multiple applications at workplace for collaboration and management is hurting productivity
• Information is scattered across different places, and is creating a disconnect.
• There is a lot of management issues related to resource allocation, aligning projects according to the goals of the company and individuals understanding their contribution to the company.

Objectives

• An integrated solution that would centralize, streamline, and connect all aspects of work within a single platform.
• Connected work hub that would enhance efficiency and facilitate seamless collaboration throughout the organization.
• Minimum manual intervention.
• Maximum productivity.

The main objective of the project was to develop an MVP of the product in order to communicate the problems and potential solutions to the CEO of the company to get resources for the project and then take it forward.
